Responsible to lead rapid development team to the completion of design and development under aggressive timelines.
To do Research and Development on new technologies according to plans & goals set by top Management.
Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for the Product & Technology Management group.
Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts.
Establish key performance indicators.
Mentor staff members in order to assist them in cultivating their skills.
Create technical design for large and complicated projects.
Create implementation plan and documentation to be followed by development staff.
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ Years in the same capacity is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Designing or Equivalent (Preference will be given to NCA and other recognized design school Students).
Should have sound color knowledge, creative flair and strong visual sense.
Confidence to present & explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
Capability to develop 2D and 3D art.
Conversion of thoughts to sketches/graphics.
After completion of six months comprehensive internship, outstanding candidates will be offered a job.

To design, develop and deliver applications using Java and Android
Assist with the review, analysis and resolution of the Applications and the issues related to it.
Review and analyze functional/nonfunctional requirements.
Provide technical support for issues including hands-on troubleshooting.
Implement enhancements and customizations.
Interface and coordinate with other teams whenever required

Apps & Game Development
To do Research and Development on new technologies according to plans & goals set by top Management.
Keeping Track of latest technologies and developments and advice and co-ordinate Top Management achieving quarterly and annual goals.
To manage team of Junior Android Developers and Internees.
To train Junior team members and Performance Measurement

Candidates will be admitted for 3 months probation/ internee period.
Outstanding candidates will be offered Permanent job after completion of probation/internee period.
Internees will be given exposure to QA/Testing Practices.
